Painter 9.5 lesson 3 connie williams

This is lesson 3 - using layers. i couldn't figure out how to make my 5th layer into a background. so i moved it on top of the canvas layer...and thus made it the 2nd layer...and then i erased all the parts of this background that were covering up my flowers.
this stuff is so un me. i usually do very macabre, weird and altered art work...much more freeform and unstructured...but this is good for me....makes me stretch....much more of a challenge...
