Today is my birthday and I am officially a senior citizen. Whoever thought I could have lunch with my Dad and we BOTH could have the senior citizen special.?!? Sheesh! I don't feel 55! But i am! Birthdays are just sailing by and I think of all the things I've yet to accomplish - all the things I WANT to accomplish....
it was a terrific day. My Dh made me a lovely breakfast - but then we had to finish the mowing!
The day was glorious - no rain, a lovely breeze - and the yardwork went quickly. When we were done, Lance made me a large drink - an "absolute sin"- my favorite! Then he made me a great dinner, coffee and brownies with ice cream! I also got lots of wonderful art presents and lots of cards and calls and emails.
i am so very blessed.
